Health & Safety

At Little Sisters & Misters Parties, the health and safety of our customers, employees, and children is of utmost importance to us. We are committed to ensuring our services are delivered in a safe and healthy environment for all.

We aim to achieve this by:

  1. Complying with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations to minimise risks.

  2. Conducting regular risk assessments and implementing measures to control and reduce identified hazards.

  3. Providing adequate training and resources to all employees to ensure they are competent to carry out their work safely and in accordance with best practices.

  4. Ensuring that our premises and equipment are regularly maintained and kept in safe working order.

  5. Promoting a safety culture among all employees and contractors with clear communication of safety policies and procedures.

  6. Ensure all staff are DBS checked.

  7. Encouraging feedback from employees and customers to identify areas for improvement and continuous development.

  8. Providing appropriate safety equipment and protective clothing where necessary.

  9. Monitoring and reviewing our safety performance regularly to ensure that our safety policy remains relevant and effective.

  10. We do not tolerate aggressive or inappropriate behaviour from children or adults attending the parties and we will leave if we feel the party is unsafe for our staff.

  11. Whilst we obtain consent for all images of children for our social media pages and website, we take additional measures to prevent any potential misuse of children's images.

  12. We have a strict policy against any form of child exploitation or pornography. We regularly monitor the comments on our social media posts to ensure they are appropriate. We promptly delete or report any comments that are suspicious, offensive or inappropriate. We avoid sharing personally identifiable information about the children in our posts, such as their full names, addresses or other sensitive details. We provide clear guidelines and training to our staff regarding the responsible use of social media and the importance of child protection.

By implementing these measures, we aim to create a safe and healthy environment for the children to enjoy our parties and for our employees to carry out their work in a safe and secure manner.
