What t-shirts and sizes are included in the Tie-Dye Festival Party?The size of the t-shirt will be based on the child’s birthday age. We use Fruit of the Loom t-shirts in the following sizes: 3-4 years 5-6 years 7-8 years 9-11 years 12-13 years If you’re unsure about which size to choose, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist!

Can you help me book a venue?Yes, we have a partners around Essex and can help you book the perfect venue for your party! Just contact us, and we’ll take care of the booking details for you.

Do you offer a party planning call?Yes! We’ll give you a call the week of the party to confirm all the details and ensure everything is set for the big day.

How much is the travel charge?The first 5 miles from Rayleigh is free. For areas over 5 miles, there is a charge of £0.50 per mile, which will be added to your invoice after the booking deposit. For locations outside of Essex, a time and connection charge may also apply.

Can you host the party outside?Yes! We can host the party outdoors. For added comfort, you have the option to add one of our gazebos to your package, providing coverage and shelter for your guests. Perfect for all kinds of weather!

Can I amend the number of guests closer to the date?Yes! If you're concerned about the number of guests changing, don't worry. At this stage, the main focus is booking your date and time with a deposit. Closer to the date, we’ll give you a call to confirm the final numbers. We’ll take payment based on the confirmed number of guests 72 hours before the party.

Where can you host the party?We are mobile and can host your party at your home, a venue of your choice, or even at one of our partnered venues! We’ll bring everything you need to create the perfect pampering experience, wherever you choose to celebrate.

How many hosts will I have at my pamper party?For up to 8 kids, you'll have 1 host. For 9 to 20 kids, you'll have 2 hosts. For over 20 kids, you'll have 3 hosts. This ensures each child gets plenty of attention and that the party runs smoothly!

Can you host large pamper parties?Yes, we can host parties for up to 30 kids! If you’re expecting more than 20 children, we may recommend adding extra time to ensure the party runs smoothly. Please contact us before booking to discuss the details and ensure we can accommodate your needs.

What time will you arrive for the party?We arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the party to set up in your chosen area, whether it’s your home, garden, or a hired hall. Sit back and relax while we transform the space into our glam zone for the ultimate pampering experience!

Is there a break for food?There is no scheduled break during the party as we host the entire time. However, you’re welcome to provide snacks or nibbles, and the kids can help themselves whenever they want to throughout the party.

What if we’re worried about allergies?We’ve got you covered! Before the party, we’ll send you a consent form for all guests to sign, ensuring we have all the necessary allergy information to keep everyone safe and happy. If there are any specific concerns, feel free to let us know!

What makeup products do you use?We use child-friendly makeup that’s safe for all ages. If you have any specific brand preferences or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us for a list of the brands we use.

Do I need to provide anything?We provide all the equipment you need! Whether it's your sofa, chairs, or even just floor space, we can work with your chosen area to make it work for the party. We arrive early to set everything up, so you can just focus on the food and cake (and don't forget the lighter for the candles)!
