Terms & Conditions
Thank you for booking, our staff will be in contact with you the week of the party to discuss and confirm all party details. Here is a few things to be aware of.
1. For bookings over 5 miles from Rayleigh, Essex a small travel charge will be added to your invoice. If your location is in the low Emissions zone you will be charged £12.50 to cover ULEZ.
2. If your location is over one hour from Rayleigh please note there will be an additional fee of £25.00 added to your invoice to cover additional travel time.
3. Final payment is due 24 hours before party date via bank transfer or cash on staff arrival with the money in an envelope with your name and date you using our service. You can confirm number of guests 24 hours before booking so we can adjust invoice. Any guest that fail to attend on the day, you may still get charged for. If you would like to purchase any of our add ons ( Party bags/ Balloon arch, sequin backdrop wall, teepees etc) please let us know asap to avoid any disappointment.
4. You will be sent a secure payment link to pay your final balance or you can pay over the phone during your call when the final details are being discussed. If you would prefer to pay cash or another method you must inform us 24 hours before party and ensure the cash is in a sealed enveloped labelled with your name and date of the party then handed to your host at the start of the party. Please note we may offer to take payment earlier when you receive a call from our team to finalise the details.
5. If you would like to contact our team before the week of your party to discuss any details of your party please do not hesitate to, as we will be available to assist you throughout your party planning.
6. When you make your booking with us, the deposit paid is non refundable.
7. T&C can be found on our website and by booking this package you have read, understood and agreed to them.
