Terms & Conditions
Thank you for booking, our staff will be in contact with you the week of the party to discuss and confirm all party details. Here is a few things to be aware of.
1. For bookings over 5 miles from Rayleigh, Essex a small travel charge will be added to your invoice.
2. Final payment is due 24 hours before party date via bank transfer or cash on staff arrival with the money in an envelope with your name and date you using our service. You can confirm number or guests 24 hours before booking so we can adjust invoice. Any guest that fail to attend on the day, you may still get charged for. If you would like to purchase any of our add ons ( Party bags/ Balloon arch, sequin backdrop wall, light up number, teepees etc) please let us know asap to avoid any disappointment.
3. Your remaining balance will be charged to the same bank card you choose to pay the deposit. If you would prefer to pay cash or another method you must inform us 24 hours before party. Please note we may offer to take payment when you receive a call from our team to finalise the details.
4. T&C can be found on our website and by booking this package you have read, understood and agreed to them.
